December 2002 The relationship between the Austrian Association for Consumer Information (VKI) and the Grander sales company U.V.O. was a difficult one. The VKI saw their role as protecting public interest from anything that could not be scientifically proven, and refused to move from that position. However, since they were not able to find anyone who wanted to be protected from Grander Technology, instead rather the reverse, the VKI was not able to process any complaints.
But enthusiastic reports continued from users of Grander Technology, eventually causing the VKI to rethink their position. Their managing director, Hannes Spitalsky, Dipl.-Ing., finally wanted to clarify things once and for all. He suggested having the user reports which appeared in Grander Technology publications examined in detail by an independent expert to be named by him. U.V.O. agreed immediately – after all, Grander Technology had nothing to hide. The expert
Spitalsky selected the university professor Dr. Manfred Bruck Dipl.-Ing., an independent expert also recognised legally as being impartial. Dr. Bruck worked with his colleague, Magister Susanne Geissler, a graduate environmental technician, to test the water for more than six months. He particularly wanted to know whether the statements had actually been solicited from users, and whether they stood by their statements and experience. The majority of users were visited in person, and subjected to highly complex interviews.
The report by Dr. Bruck of more than 100 pages speaks for itself. All the evidence of many years use of revitalised water on increased durability, lower use of chemicals and detergents, lower germ content, gentle action on the skin, enhanced taste, better plant growth, etc., were impressively confirmed.
