Reverend Joseph Tai
(Macao)
In Macao trees grow to the stars

Reverend Joseph Tai is the director of the Caritas School for the Handicapped in Macao. His access to Grander Technology is unique. A friend had recommended that he use the revitalised water against the unpleasant odour of the school’s dogs. The apparatus was installed in the main water pipe. Then the papayas in the school garden started to grow with unusual vigour, and everyone was so enthusiastic about the new shoots the plants were producing that a separate garden class was set up for the children. As far as Reverend Tai is concerned the most phenomenal thing was the way the children gained new access to water. They even drink it unboiled – very unusual for Macao. The parents were initially sceptical and were afraid about their children drinking unboiled water, “but we haven’t had a single upset stomach in the past year”, says Reverend Tai.
