Making well water drinkable
(Germany)

Water of life: well-water instead of mineral water

Richard and Gisela Hompesch just did not seem able to enjoy their lovely house on the edge of the nature reserve in Nideggen-Abenden in North Rhine-Westphalia. The reasons: constant problems with their well-water, their only source of drinking water. The couple only became aware of this fact after buying the house. They were forced to drink bottled mineral water, as the water from the well had to be boiled before it could be used. This dilemma still affects their neighbours. Richard Hompesch, however, decided to take matters into his own hands and installed a Grander well revitaliser. The moment of truth came when the local health authority requested microbiological and chemical tests of the water. Mr. Hompesch had the samples of his revitalised water analysed by the Dr. Berg Hygiene Institute in Eschweiler. The results were so baffling that the tests had to be repeated more than once, as the institute had doubts about the fantastic results. “The equipment paid for itself within a year and half with the savings made because we no longer needed to buy mineral water. I am convinced that the well revitaliser is responsible for this effect, as we did not undertake any other measures to improve the water.”
